These rules are expressly part of the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC) from www.volkermuellershop.com.
Volker Müller is a personal manufactory and every textile I produce is handmade and only for your order. That's why www.volkermuellershop.com was made.
Therefore - if you are not happy with your textile - I cannot simply take your item back and sell it again.
So if you're unhappy and want to return your item(s), I'll definitely find a mutual and fair solution anyway. That is why I have established these return rules.
For self-designed items
In any case, you cannot exchange any item that you have bought from me within 14 days. It doesn't matter if you just don't like it, got the wrong size or for other reasons.

In any case, please write in your mail:
Order number
Item No. of the item you wish to return
Number of items you wish to return
Photos
You will then receive all further information and, if necessary. a return label from me/us.
Important to note
We usually process your return within 5 business days.
The shipping costs are expressly not covered.
Packaging must be originally sealed. Otherwise, this represents a reduction in value and cannot be resold.

We ask for your understanding that I/we cannot process goods that are sent back without being asked. These rules are expressly part of the GENERAL CONDITIONS of www.volkermuellershop.com. These were expressly confirmed when the order was placed.
